I am an avid reader, art lover, music listener, and videogame player. In my free time I read a wide variety of literature, philosophy, art history, and art criticism. I also keep up with developments in the emerging field of video game studies; my senior thesis at Georgia Tech was a piece of serious videogame criticism which analyzed and argued for the art status of fictively minimal videogames such as Space Invaders and Tetris. I am interested in the historical development of media and art forms.
