Experience

I taught introductory statistics at UGA while getting my graduate degrees, and I thought it was incredibly fun. I made my classes fun for my students and made them laugh a lot, and I wrote my notes so that they would be easy to understand. During the weeks when there would be an exam, I would do review sessions that many students described as very helpful. This is the big reason why I want to be a private tutor. In addition, I did a lot of private tutoring in graduate school in both statistics and calculus. I also used to do online tutoring (Tutor.com) in the same subjects.
