Education

I attended the University of Georgia from 2010-2014. I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors in Mathematics Education with a 3.5 GPA. While at UGA, I participated in student teaching, where I got incredible training on how to get through the day-to-day at any school I end up working at. My placement prepared me tremendously and has made my job a lot easier now.

Experience

I have been tutoring since attending UGA in various mathematics subjects. ACT: 32 I want to be a tutor to help students understand that they CAN do this math, even if they don't understand their teacher the first time. I enjoy coming up with new ways to teach the student, so they can feel confident with the information.

Hobbies

I absolutely love lettering. I found an interest for this back in high school, when I would doodle all over my papers. Recently, I have been using this hobby to make decorations for friends' weddings. I enjoy using this hobby to help make diagrams that are detailed for my students to help them better understand a topic!
