I attended SMU for my bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Golden Gate University for my MBA, and Georgia State University for my graduate degree in math. I spent 30 years as a professional engineer before retiring, and I had the privilege of serving President Clinton and George HW Bush. I believe that I can be an inspiration for students to achieve great success in STEM careers. I'm also certified as a physics and math teacher for the middle school and high school levels. I like to tutor math at all levels, physics, and test preparation. When I have free time, I like to read, write, consult on national policy, and I just finished building a house.
