Private tutor in Atlanta, GA
Georgia State University - Bachelors, Actuarial Science
I currently attend Georgia State University in order to receive my B.B.A in actuarial science. Once I graduate, I plan to begin my career as an actuary. In this career, I will manage financial risks by researching data and predicting the future value of the risks that would be taken.I have been tutoring since high school, where I would tutor classmates in geometry and algebra. While I tested out of college algebra in college, I was still able to tutor many of my classmates in it. It was thanks to the help that I provided that many of their test grades went up.Since I know just how difficult math can be for many people, I remain extremely patient. I am thankful that math was never hard for me and I try to make it as easy as possible for the students that I tutor.I have a lot of experience in a wide variety of subjects. For example, for mathematics, I have experience in everything from elementary math and precalculus to college algebra. I also enjoy helping students in CLEP college mathematics, COMPASS mathematics, ACT math, CLEP precalculus, ACCUPLACER elementary algebra, and ASPIRE math.In my free time, I enjoy running, tennis, frequenting the coffee shops, and playing Sudoku.
