I'm a native Spanish speaker and language enthusiast with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's in Organizational Development. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, and am currently studying Korean. I have worked with business professionals to improve their Spanish writing, and have helped children and teens prepare for testing, with a focus on English as a foreign language. I am interested in tutoring students of all ages, and can assist with any Spanish subject, from Spanish I to AP Spanish, CLEP preparation, and Spanish Literature and Culture. I strive to make learning languages fun and exciting, making use of content that holds the student's interest. This adaptability is one great benefit of working with a tutor: we have the flexibility to tailor the material, presentation, and teaching style to the individual student. In addition to my own love of language, my interest in tutoring in this area stems from my belief that learning foreign languages opens the door for students to experience new and different lands and cultures. It is an honor to facilitate that opportunity! Outside of work, I'm very interested in health and fitness.
