I enjoy working with students, helping them meet their educational goals, and learning and mastering a particular subject. I encourage my students by using self-discovery and giving them goals that are attainable. I like to work with students either in small settings, or in their classroom. Currently, I am in my third year working as a special education teacher.I offer tutoring in Algebra 1, Geometry, Elementary and Middle School Math, Biology, Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Phonics, Grammar and Mechanics, American History, Study Skills and Organization, Special Education, Earth Science, Geography, Pre-Algebra, Public Speaking, Life Sciences, Math, Science, Social Studies, and English. I earned my B.S. degree in Educational Studies from Bethune-Cookman University, as well as an M.A. in Teaching Special Education from Georgia College and State University. I am currently earning my Educational Specialist in Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia. In my free time, I enjoy playing the trumpet. I love to relax, and enjoy catching a movie or favorite TV show, as well as playing video games.
