Kennesaw State University - BS, Early Childhood Education

I received my degree in Early Childhood Education PK-5, with a Reading Endorsement, from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. My current position is that of a first grade teacher, where I enjoy helping my young students gain knowledge and a passion for learning. Some of the other subjects I have instructed include first through third grade mathematics, science, English, and history. In addition, I have helped prepare students for the Georgia Milestones Assessment. I am qualified to help students prepare for exams, such as the ISEE, ISEE-Lower Level, and elementary-level SSAT. I am particularly skilled at instructing ESL students and students who struggle in academics. My experience also includes working with an Early Intervention Program. I am passionate about students and the learning process, and am very enthusiastic for the chance to aid in the academic success of my new students. When I am not teaching, some of my hobbies include reading and exercising.
