Hello! I am a senior at Emory University, majoring in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and minoring in Computer Science. I have a 3.98 GPA, and am also a premedical student.
Experience
SAT: 2290 (Math 770, Reading 770, Writing 750) MCAT: 39 (14 BS, 11 VR, 14 PS) Throughout college, I have enjoyed tutoring and helping peers through difficult content, and I find great satisfaction in helping others gain the knowledge they need to be successful. I would love to help out students with any science courses and test prep. I am especially confident in teaching subjects up to and including a college level in biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, neuroscience, and psychology. In addition to this, I can assist with MCAT and SAT prep, and have scored in the 99th percentile for both of these tests. I am a natural test taker, and would be willing to teach students test taking strategies and study tips in general. I am well qualified to teach in these subjects based on my grades in those classes, and my interest in the material. As both a pre-medical student and a Neuroscience major, I have had extensive exposure to all of these subjects at Emory University. I have also participated in neuroscience research, and am extremely enthusiastic about the subject.
