I received my bachelor's degrees in Art Education and African American Studies. I received my master's degree in Art Education. Over the past ten years, I have taught visual arts to middle school and high school students. Presently, I work as the homebound tutor for students in my school district.I consider learning to be a lifetime endeavor. I understand how valuable a good education is, and it is my wish to inspire a love of learning within each of my students. I considering tutoring to be a chance to coach and guide my students. I endeavor to cultivate a positive attitude and an inner confidence within each of my pupils, so they may achieve their academic goals. I tutor many subjects in grades K-12, including geometry, elementary math, biology, reading, writing, essay writing and editing, phonics, literature, grammar and mechanics, American history, arithmetic, 2-D and 3-D design, drawing, AP and IB courses, earth science, environmental science, geography, religious studies, life science, ecology, art, social studies, science, English, social sciences, ceramics, painting, and printmaking.During my free time, I enjoy volunteer work, painting, travel, and fitness.
