I received my bachelor's degree in Spanish from Georgia State University, concentrating on education. I currently tutor students at the high school level in forensics and speech. Public speaking and the Spanish language have had a large influence in my life, and I enjoy tutoring students in the subjects. For a student to be successful, I believe it's my job to customize my teaching style to what works best for them. I always encourage my students to develop critical thinking skills so the what they learn from me can be applied in any situation. Outside of academics, I like to read, write, run with my dogs, and travel whenever the opportunity arises.
