I am forty-nine years old and have years of professional experience as a writer and editor. I can assist you with writing reports, grammar, proper sentence construction, style and the organization of your ideas. My SAT scores were 630 in English and 650 in Math. I can assist with both fiction and non-fiction writing. If English is your second language I can help you grasp the subtleties of the language and assist you in conveying your ideas successfully. I can also assist with reading comprehension. My minimum in-person tutoring session duration is one and a half hours. I can meet at local area library branches for tutoring sessions in person (downtown at Peachtree Center Marta Station, Ponce near N. Highland or at Peachtree near the High Museum).

I am a fiction writer with an emphasis on fantasy fiction and poetry. I believe in a patient and compassionate approach to teaching. Organization of one’s ideas is key and outlines are your friend as a writer. A student's ability to fluidly express their ideas can be a critical component of their success or failure in college. Awkward sentence structure is a red light for professors and can indicate to them that the student's grasp of the material is inadequate. I look forward to meeting you.
