I earned a degree in 2012 from Allen University with an English major, a GPA of 3.9, and the honor of being salutatorian. My goal is a master's in education and a career as a teacher. I have passed the Georgia Assessment of the Certification of Educators. I'm qualified to tutor reading, literature, grammar, mechanics, essay creation, and public speaking, but literature and the creation and editing of essays are my real favorites. I've tutored every age, from the early primary grades to college level, with great success. My tutoring style involves getting to know my students and learning their hobbies and interests. At that point I can relate the material to those interests, which makes the process enjoyable and fun. Getting to know the students also helps me get to the root of their problems with the material. I myself have many hobbies. In my spare time, I enjoy writing, music, politics, Marvel and DC, swimming, bowling, basketball, movies, video games, and amusement parks. If you or your child shares any of these interests, that will make the tutoring sessions all the more enjoyable and successful.
