Experience
I earned my bachelor's degree in sociology from the College of William and Mary. I also earned a minor in public health and graduated magna cum laude. As an undergraduate, I was able to serve as a teaching assistant in a public health course, and I also mentored high school students on college applications. I love helping students of any age or level of ability realize their full academic potential. I enjoy providing resources for memorization to help students prepare for standardized tests and develop full comprehension of material so that they truly learn the information and retain it long after the test is over. Before college, I completed an IB program and finished at the top of the class, so I'm excited to tutor IB subjects as well. Other topics I would enjoy tutoring include test preparation for the ACT and general topics for elementary school through college. When I have some free time, I like to run, bake, and travel. Traveling is especially interesting because I enjoy meeting diverse people and learning about cultures.
