Education

Colorado College - Bachelors, Environmental Science , New College of California - Masters, Poetics

Experience

I went to the New College of California to earn my masters degree in poetics, and I'm currently attending Georgia State University to earn an additional masters degree in literary studies. I performed my undergraduate studies at Colorado College, where I earned a bachelor's degree in environmental science. As a teacher, I taught literature and composition at Berkeley College in New Jersey. I also work for the National Park Service teaching programs to students in the third and sixth grades. I'm currently working as a substitute teacher. As a tutor, I can assist students in English, grammar, literature, essays, public speaking, GRE prep, comparative literature, IB extended essay, and other similar subjects in courses. When I work with students, I help them learn the material but also focus on providing them with learning skills that they can use throughout their academic careers. When I have spare time, I like to run, socialize, and write poetry.
