Education

I started out my schooling as a Biology Major at Nashville State Community College '09-10. I then became a Chemistry Major at North Carolina Central University '10-11. And finally achieved my BS in Chemistry in 2013 from Clark Atlanta University. Member of Beta Kappa Chi National Scientific Honor Society and the International Student Organization.

Experience

I tutor Mathematics anywhere from the basics through to calculus to differential equations. I tutored for two years of undergrad, and have done independent tutoring for over 3 years after college. I have a BS in Chemistry, and I graduated in 2013 as the only Chem major of my class. I tutor General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and any other branch you might need help with. I am perfect for high-school students as well as college freshmen & sophomores, but I do not limit myself to just those. College juniors & seniors are all welcome too. Having a Bachelor's in Chemistry, mathematics was always very important. It is the one subject after chemistry that I took the most classes of in college. From college algebra through to Differential Equations, getting A's for most of my classes. I received my BS in Chemistry as the only chemistry major in the class of 2013. I participated in research my senior year relating to Nanochemistry (synthesizing metal-organic frameworks with two carboxylic acid-pyrazine derivatives and a series of lanthanide metals such as Gadolinium, Terbium and Europium.) My research was published in The Royal Society of Chemistry and I am co-author. The publication was also featured on the front cover of the August 2015 Issue of the journal.

I love science and chemistry, so my interests usually include activities that stimulate my mind. I'm a laid-back person and easy going. I get along with almost everybody and I love to help. My interests include Alchemy, Conscious Nutrition, Spirituality, Health, The Earth and Balance. All of these things have some relation to chemistry one way or another and I use them to boost my knowledge and interest in Chemistry.
